What We Do

Potter Service provides visual inspections and walkthroughs of vacation homes, cabins, and rental properties. Services include general condition checks, tenant follow-ups, and fire extinguisher visual inspections.

Whether a tenant just left, is currently staying, or will arrive soon, we help ensure everything looks good, doors are locked, and any concerns are reported to you with photos and summaries.

This service does not qualify as a substitute for the Sevier County Short-Term Rental Unit (STRU) Annual Operational Permit Inspection.
