About Potter Service
Potter Service opened in 2012 under the name Potter Shop in Nashville, Tennessee — but the meaning behind the Potter name began much earlier in my life.
The beginning
What started as a local business became the foundation for years of services, websites, experiments, software, and ideas.
I opened Potter Shop in Nashville in 2012. It was a local shop where I provided gold and silver services and operated a thrift store. What began as one shop eventually grew into many different ideas, services, websites, and programs.
As my work changed, Potter Shop became Potter Service — a name broad enough to hold everything I was building while still honoring where I started.
I was adopted by my wonderful mother when I was around two years old. Through that adoption, I was blessed with the Potter name, a family name that became part of who I am and part of the loving home that helped shape my life.
When I began my company, keeping Potter in the name felt right. It was my way of honoring the name I was grateful to receive and carrying it with me into something I could build, grow, and be proud of.
Potter Service is more than a business name to me. It represents family, love, a new beginning, and the chance I was given to create my own future. No matter how many services or projects I add, that meaning will always remain at the heart of my company.
What guides Potter Service
My mission is to make everyday life a little easier through personal, creative, and practical services delivered with care.
My vision is to grow Potter Service into a trusted home for many different services without losing the personal touch of a one-person business.
I want to build useful services, support other small businesses, create memorable experiences, keep learning, and never lose the magic that makes my work different.

When I first opened my doors in 2012, I never imagined Potter Service would grow into everything it is becoming today. To my family, friends, customers, partners, sponsors, fellow small businesses, and every person who has supported, encouraged, shared, called, visited, or simply believed in me — thank you.
Although Potter Service is operated by one magical unicorn, I did not make this journey alone. Every kind word, opportunity, lesson, and person who stood beside me helped carry it forward. I am deeply grateful for how far I have come, and I cannot wait to share what is still ahead.
